Bison Gold Exploration Inc. has announced a name change to Bison Gold Resources Inc. and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each three (3) pre-consolidation common shares. The post-consolidated common shares of Bison Gold will begin trading on Monday, May 11, 2009. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 11,623,379.

Bison Gold Resources Inc. will continue to trade under the symbol "BGE".

All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on Friday, May 8th 2009. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders on "BGE" taking into account the share consolidation.
