CIC Mining Resources Limited has requested and received approval to have the common shares of the company trade in Canadian Funds instead of U.S. Funds. The change will be effective Thursday, May 1, 2008 under the new symbol CICR. The CUSIP will remain the same.

The symbol change will cause all open orders on "CICM.U" to be cancelled at the end of business on Wednesday, April 30, 2008. CNQ Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders under the new symbol.
